Adversity is one of the most powerful forces in life. It can bring out your best or your worst. Ultimately, it is up to you. How do you handle adversity? Does it make you better or bitter? Will adversity be a roadblock or a springboard? The reality is we all have had to face adversity, but we can still thrive during adversity! Through faith, God gives us the ability to be resilient. In this session, you will learn the cycle of resiliency: survive, adapt, recover, and thrive!
