SUMMARY:Week of Prayer
DESCRIPTION:\nMonday, September 9, 2024 / Overcoming Faith For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. – 1 John 5:4 (NKJV)\nTuesday, September 10, 2024 / Salvation & Repentance 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. – Ephesians 2:8- 9 (NKJV)\nWednesday, September 11, 2024 / Healing & Deliverance The word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ—He is Lord of all— 37 that word you know, which was proclaimed throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee after the baptism which John preached: 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. – Acts 10:36 – 38 (NKJV)\nThursday, September 12, 2024 / Marriage, Family, & Children The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands. – Psalm 138:8 (NKJV)\nFriday, September 13, 2024 / Leadership & Government Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. – 1 Timothy 2:1 – 4 (NKJV)\nSaturday, September 14, 2024 / Singles & Young Adults Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ – Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV)\nSunday, September 15, 2024 / Finances & the Economy The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. 3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.- Psalm 23 (NKJV)\nClick here to DOWNLOAD ( https://newmerciesnow.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/WOP_Sept2024.pdf ) the prayer guide!\nSubmit your PRAYER REQUESTS ( https://newmerciescc.org/prayer-requests/ ) here!\n
